Introduction
Welcome to Ohue.ai ("we," "our," or "us").
We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal health, wellness, and performance data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our "Health Intelligence" and/or “Fitness Intelligence” or any other “Intelligence” platform (the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.
Information We Collect
To generate your Health Score, Fitness Score, Readiness Score and provide science-backed insights, we collect data from various sources, including direct input and/or third-party integrations related to your health and fitness data.
i. Personal Information
• Account Details: Name, email address, phone number, and date of birth.
• Profile Data: Gender, height, weight, and physical characteristics necessary for health analysis.
• Demographic data: Such as GPS, location and others.
ii. Health and Wellness Data
(Direct Input or secured with your consent from your Health Care Provider, Coach and other parties in Health and Fitness ecosystem)
• Clinical Data: Blood panel reports, biomarkers, and medical history.
• Computed Metrics: Any computed metrics by direct input and/or third-party integrations.
iii. Wearable & Performance Data (Integrations)
We only collect data from third-party platforms if you explicitly grant us permission to sync your accounts.
a) Garmin Connect
If you connect your Garmin device, we collect:
Physiological Data
o Heart rate (HR), resting HR, heart rate variability (HRV).
o Blood oxygen (SpO2), respiration rate, stress levels.
o Body Battery (energy monitoring), sleep stages (light, deep, REM, awake).
Activity and Movement Data
o Steps, distance, cadence, pace, speed.
o Elevation, floors climbed, calories burned.
o Workouts (running, cycling, swimming profiles), GPS tracks.
Sleep and Recovery Data
o Sleep duration, quality score, movement during sleep.
o Recovery time, training readiness, VO2 max estimates.
Environmental and Other Data
o Compass, temperature, barometric pressure.
o Power (with accessories), device settings (weight, age for calculations).
b) Whoop
If you connect your Whoop account, we collect:
Physiological Data
o Heart rate (HR), resting HR, heart rate variability (HRV).
o Respiratory rate, skin temperature, blood oxygen (SpO2).
o Sleep staging (light, deep, REM) and sleep quality score.
Recovery and Strain Metrics
o Recovery score based on HRV, resting HR, sleep.
o Daily strain score quantifying cardiovascular load and exertion.
o Respiratory rate variability and autonomic nervous system balance.
Activity and Performance Data
o Workout strain, calories burned, steps.
o Sleep efficiency and timing affecting performance metrics.
o Metrics normalized around circadian and ultradian rhythms for personalized insights.
WHOOP emphasizes continuous 24/7 biometrics integration with proprietary analytics for recovery and performance monitoring rather than discrete activity tracking typical of GPS watches.
c) VALD Performance
VALD Hub aggregates and analyzes data from VALD Performance systems like ForceDecks (force plates), NordBord (Nordic hamstring curl), and ForceFrame (isometric testing rigs), focusing on strength, power, asymmetry, and movement quality for athlete performance monitoring.
Force/Strength Metrics
o Peak force, relative peak force (per body mass).
o Rate of Force Development (RFD), time to peak force.
o Isometric strength (e.g., mid-thigh pull/IMTP, squat).
Jump and Power Metrics
o Jump height, Reactive Strength Index (RSI), Dynamic Strength Index (DSI).
o Countermovement Jump (CMJ), Squat Jump, Drop Jump metrics (eccentric phases, yielding phase).
o Asymmetry indices across jumps and landings.
Asymmetry and Balance Metrics
o Left-right asymmetry percentages for force, RFD, jumps.
o Balance/proprioception from force plate sway analysis.
Reporting and Derived Insights
o Longitudinal trends, rolling averages, thresholds.
o Norms-based comparisons (age/gender/sport-specific).
o Custom dashboards for monitoring, recovery, and benchmarking.
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data for the specific purposes outlined below:
Unified Health Analysis
To integrate distinct data streams (e.g., Whoop’s "Recovery" + Vald’s "Strength" + Clinical Blood Data) into a single view of your health.
Personalized Insights
o Example: Using Whoop sleep data to contextualize Vald strength performance.
o Example: Correlate Garmin activity load with blood biomarker changes.
Service Improvement
To analyze usage trends and improve the accuracy of OHUE Intelligence engines for your Health and Fitness and other derived metrics.
Platform Communication
To send your health alerts, weekly summaries, and administrative updates to you and your personnel authorized by you.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following ways:
• Legal Compliance: When required by law or valid legal process.
Platform-Specific Terms & Restrictions
i. Garmin Restrictions
We use Garmin data solely to provide health tracking features. We do not share Garmin data with third-party advertisers or data brokers.
ii. Whoop Restrictions
In compliance with Whoop's developer terms:
• We do not use Whoop data for employee surveillance or to make adverse employment decisions (if you are using OHUE as part of a corporate wellness program).
• We clearly attribute "Strain," "Sleep," and "Recovery" metrics to Whoop within our interface.
iii. Vald Performance Restrictions
Non-Medical Use: Data collected from Vald systems is used for performance profiling and wellness tracking. It is not intended to be a medical diagnosis or a substitute for professional medical advice.
Prohibited Use: We do not exploit Vald content for unauthorized commercial redistribution.
User Control & Revocation
You retain control over your data integrations.
Disconnect
You may disconnect Garmin, Whoop, or Vald integrations at any time via the "Settings" menu in the Ohue.ai portal.
Effect of Disconnection
Once disconnected, we will immediately stop collecting new data from that provider. Historical data may be retained to maintain your Unified Health Score history unless you request deletion explicitly.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for data in transit and at rest. We restrict access to any personal data to authorized personnel only.
